I am a recent graduate with a degree in Accounting from BC, and I am currently a CPA candidate. My diverse experience spans both public accounting and retail, with roles at firms such as Grant Thornton, PwC, and Marcum, where I honed my skills in audit and tax. As an Audit Intern at Grant Thornton, I contributed to financial audits and internal control evaluations, gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting and compliance. During my Tax Internships at PwC and Marcum, I supported tax preparation and planning for various clients, refining my understanding of tax regulations and strategies. In addition to my internships, I tutor grades 1-12 specializing in Math and English to help them improve their academic performance. I also gained valuable experience as a Retail Merchandise Associate at Marshalls, where I developed strong organizational and customer service skills.
