ABOUT SHAINILA PRADHAN

I have had unique experiences in senior roles in Government leading teams working on security, intelligence, export and trade controls, designing and building new organisations, counter terrorism policy and operational delivery. I have held other posts within HMG on Regulation, Regulatory Sanctions, Enterprise, UK Crisis response, Exercises and Operations and in ministerial private office. My career path has also included Graduate Training Scheme at Abn Amro Bank (London UK), Cazenove and Atlantic Equities (Partner) as an Equity Research Analyst focusing on large cap US Pharmaceutical sector, Pan Europe biotech and Speciality Pharma. Did a brief stint in commercial lending in Canada with the Business Development Bank. Lived in Germany for 18 months too. IMPACT. I am an inspirational leader, a woman of colour, well respected by colleagues and junior staff. I am creative and dynamic. I understand national security, risk, threat, and how government works. I am the person you want leading and representing the organisation, contributing to board level discussions and managing change. Extraordinary.
