Defined, managed, and prioritized the product strategy and roadmap for the Runtime Program within Tanzu Platform for Kubernetes (TPK8S)- Worked with partner teams (UX design, engineering, and marketing) to design, implement, and deliver a full stack (API/UI/CLI) application management experience in TPK8S. This effort enabled Tanzu Platform users to manage hybrid-cloud, multi-cluster, distributed workloads via a single interface- Delivered key features resulting in improved developer productivity for TPK8S users. Notably, led efforts on a seamless process that allows developers to go from source code to a running application on Kubernetes- Improved SDLC operational efficiency for TPK8S clients by delivering a simple mechanism for defining environment-specific app configuration and tools for promoting resources from one environment to another, all leveraging a first-class GitOps experience- Led numerous cross-functional projects spanning several products and technologies. This involved aligning priorities and driving work for teams in different organizations across Broadcom, and in open-source projects, like Knative and Contour- Led several strategic initiatives from conception to delivery. Each project was driven by user input, competitive analysis, and revenue forecasting. These projects include but are not limited to – Application Autoscaling, Kubernetes Namespace Provisioning, Automatic TLS Configuration, Event-Driven Architectures, and Functions as a Service- Drove several process improvements that increased efficiency, product quality, and communication within the Tanzu organization.
