Army veteran and former communications officer. Transitioned from active duty in August 2016. Earned Master of Public Health in Health Communications and Marketing from The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health in May 2018. I work to affect positive behavior change regarding substance misuse, physical fitness, nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and a plethora of pro-social behaviors through utilizing skills and knowledge in marketing (commercial, social, and behavior change), health communications, policy, research, and team leadership.(Whilst enjoying exploring the world around me and running as much as I can until my legs decide to fail me, then I will get on a bicycle).
