With over 16 years of experience in sales and sales management, I have a proven track record of delivering consistent and compliant results, exceeding sales goals and objectives, and building strong customer relationships.I joined Oracle in July 2023, after successfully launching a new product in the aesthetics industry as a Regional Sales Manager for RVL Pharmaceuticals. There, I recruited and led a team of 7 Business Development Managers across three states, and won multiple awards for sales performance and leadership. I also contributed to the development and improvement of sales training programs, patient rewards programs, and injector network programs. My mission is to work with organizations to fundamentally transform their business by collaboratively identifying and solving their most critical issues.
