Support the planning, coordination, and execution of grassroots endurance events, including the TrackTown Triathlon in Eugene, Oregon. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and community partners to advance event logistics, participant experience, and long-term replicability of the event model. Assist with project timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within scope.
