Aviation Maintenance Administration, U.S. Navy“If not me, then who? If not now, when?” I am passionate for servant leadership and am proud to be able to give back to my country in a military manner while I seek my MBA/Sports Management Masters degree programs post my Naval service. Let\'s talk sports- women\'s sports attendance is on the rise like never before, but why is that? Women\'s sports have never lacked talent, but have lacked opportunity and societal standards to be met with similar media coverage to men\'s sports and I want to be apart of that change because I am passionate for equal opportunity and for women\'s empowerment in a non-traditional sector as I\'ve been there myself and continue to strive for what is challenging. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of grassroots endurance events, including the TrackTown Triathlon in Eugene, Oregon. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and community partners to advance event logistics, participant experience, and long-term replicability of the event model. Assist with project timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within scope. Conduct research and develop documentation to create a scalable event playbook aimed at helping USA Triathlon expand accessible, community-based multisport programming nationwide. Contribute to real-time problem-solving during event planning and activation, demonstrating adaptability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced sports environment.
