Here’s a snapshot of my work experience and other areas of interest: A qualified Chartered Accountant - experienced tax professional specialising in International taxation and transfer pricing domain with demonstrated management, communication and leadership skills. In addition to the documentation and compliances, garnered extensive experience on projects related to- Dispute resolution mechanisms such as Advance Pricing Agreements, Mutual Agreement Procedures (successful closures)- Designing/ strategising global tax structures / business models - Devising defence strategies for tax litigations at all appellate levels, business unit valuations and tax compliances in various industries (Textile, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Pharma, IT/ITeS, etc.)- End-to-end implementation of CbCR / Master file for India as well as other tax jurisdictions Currently, working as Tax Litigation & Dispute Resolution Consultant at a renowned India-based law firm, Tolani & Associates to widen my horizon and acquire an in-depth understanding of the transfer pricing litigation scenario. Also, with the majority of my work experience being with clients based in the United States, I made it a personal objective to deepen my understanding of US tax laws, culminating in my achievement of becoming an Enrolled Agent. Other areas of interest- Student at Impact Theory University by Tom Bilyeu - focused on building a “growth mindset” - Re-living my passion for dance and art!
