Accomplished data leader with 16+ years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and startups. 8+ years in management building and leading global analytics & engineering teams across USA, Europe, and Asia. My insights help companies clarify their strategic direction, and improve business efficiency to maximize ROI. I influence key product decisions using \"thoughtful analytics\"(a framework I coined). I do this by: Ensuring a deep understanding of the data Building empathy for the customer and understanding how they use the product Collaborating with stakeholders while building strong partnerships to recognize their priorities Knowing what\'s important for the success of the business As a natural problem-solver who started coding at the age of 8, I consider it an important responsibility to give back and improve the state of the world.
