As a senior consultant at Capgemini, I lead the testing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products for the insurance industry. I have acquired the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, and I have a solid understanding of all agile ceremonies and protocols. I work closely with the product owners and stakeholders to manage expectations, prioritize requirements, and align with business goals.I have more than six years of experience in testing, and I have developed expertise in API testing, automation testing, database testing, and accessibility testing. I use Conform IQ to design test scenarios and cases, and apply the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the testing team. I also communicate regularly with the development team and the project managers to identify and resolve issues, monitor and report quality metrics, and ensure on-time delivery. I have a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from ITM University, Gwalior. I am passionate about solving problems, communicating effectively, and creating user stories.
