I am currently working as a Team Leader, where I lovingly support and guide a team of HR interns in their daily work. I help them understand HR and recruitment processes, coordinate tasks, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident while working in a remote setup. Along with mentoring my team, I also assist in HR operations, interview coordination, and communication with management. This role is helping me grow as a leader while learning and enjoying every small step of my HR journey
