About Shailiza Mayal
With nearly a decade of experience in strategy and implementation consulting, I’ve worked across diverse problem statements.As a governance consultant, I’ve partnered with the Chief Minister’s Office, Haryana, and multiple State and Local Governments across India to design and execute scalable, sustainable transformation strategies in education, agriculture, service delivery, healthcare, nutrition and women’s political participation. I also worked with a political office, driving constituency development initiatives.Along the way, I’ve taken a few exciting detours — experimenting with entrepreneurial ideas in the art and artisan space and leading strategy and growth at an L&D consulting firm.Currently, I’m driving exciting projects at the intersection of governance and technology in India.
