For over 15 years, I’ve been deeply involved in the world of **International Baccalaureate (IB) education**—first as a teacher, then as the founder of SEV7N, an online learning company that helps IB students and educators. At SEV7N, we focus on three core areas:**Teaching & Tutoring** – Live online classes (1:1 and group sessions), all recorded for student review.**Content Development** – Courses designed by **IB examiners**, ensuring alignment with curriculum and assessments.**Teacher Training & Digital Assessments** – Helping educators adapt to online teaching and assessment best practices. Our websites (learn.sev7n.co.in, tok2022.com) serve thousands of students, and we’ve built trust through transparent results—many of our students excel in IB exams and secure admissions to top universities worldwide. Beyond tutoring, I’m passionate about how assessments shape learning. My work involves- Developing digital assessment strategies to make evaluations more effective- Training teachers and examiners on fair, reliable grading practices- Exploring how technology can improve exam design, feedback, and student outcomes. I also advise school leaders and educators on IB curriculum alignment, especially in Economics & Business Management, and have experience in standardization, teacher training, and digital assessment transitions—something I’ve done both at SEV7N and in collaboration with IB educators globally. Currently, we’re expanding our assessment-focused solutions and exploring partnerships to enhance digital learning.
