   Shailesh joined the CSIR Council Service as Senior Scientist in October 1995 in the Scientific Cadre. CSIR India - Council for Scientific and Industrial Research of India - the autonomous society CSIR, the Prime Minister of India being the President of the CSIR Society. CSIR is under Department of Scientific and Industrial Research DSIR of Union Ministry of Science and Technology MST of Government of India. CSIR has a dynamic network of 37 national laboratories, 39 outreach canters, 1 Innovation Complexes, and three units with a pan-India presence. CSIR India is known for its cutting edge R&D knowledge base in diverse S&T areas, is a contemporary R&D organization.
