As part of Accenture’s E-Commerce delivery team, I work primarily on the UniCart application for Unilever - a large-scale internal platform used by sales teams and outlets across multiple markets including Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and Pakistan.I have played a key role in the Loyalty module (Unistar Portal), delivering end-to-end functionality - from initial design through backend development, QA, and production deployment. Leveraging Microservices architecture, Java 11, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, PostgreSQL, Spring Batch, and GCP (Cloud Functions, logging), I have contributed to building scalable, high-performance backend systems. CI/CD processes are managed via Jenkins, with code collaboration and version control on Git/GitLab.Notable highlights include:* Ownership & Leadership – Successfully led a small team of 2–3 engineers during critical development phases, ensuring timely delivery with high code quality.* Market-Specific POC – Currently serving as the Point of Contact for the Indonesia market, responsible for UniCart, Loyalty module and the UQube reporting portal in production. This role involves direct interaction with market stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams.* Production Expertise – Managing live environment stability by analyzing and resolving complex production issues, including deep data-level fixes, which has strengthened my analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.This role has sharpened my technical depth, leadership capability, and client-facing skills, positioning me as a backend specialist who can deliver both engineering excellence and business value in high-impact enterprise applications.
