Performing pipe stress analysis of critical piping systems by ASME B31.3 Code requirements, using Caesar II software program. Study, review and fully understand job package content and work scopes within the area. Knowledge of standards like ASME, ASTM, API, etc. Familiar with piping materials, specifications, calculations, and datasheets. Familiar with international codes and standards, and calculations related to stress analysis. Modelling and analysis of lines that are connected to Pumps. Flexibility analysis of piping systems connecting with Static equipment such as Heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, tanks, and Rotating Equipment like API pumps. Stress report preparation in deliverable format. Document review, and submission. Prepared analysis reports to track the progress of each phase of the project. Perform Project coordination. Asset mechanical integrity for piping systems and propose modifications based on best engineering and code recommendations to ensure a safe design and reliable plant performance
