Keeping track of inventory available for dispatch and Performing FG (Finished Goods) stock reconciliation. Manage Packaging material. Create daily, weekly and monthly dispatch reports and tracking and analysis of Delivery performance (On-Time Delivery - OTD). Supervise the dispatch team and manage their duties and schedules. Weekly stock Audit for proper FIFO maintains.
