I was leading offshore delivery as a part of a large transformation programme for a tier-1 CSP in UK. I was key contributor in defining new ways of working. I was leading the adoption of new ways of working for multi-vendor delivery team. In the new ways of working, I was responsible for delivering prioritized MVPs for post-pay services. The TAM systems involved were CRM [SFDC, Vlocity], integration [IBM], fulfilment, analytics, and billing [Mattrix] domain. I have effectively managed deliveries for two functional releases. Key challenge was to align delivery between CRM and integration platform, which I have handled efficiently.
