Hey there! I am Shailesh Anil Mishra, a passionate technologist with a Master\'s in Technology & Development from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor\'s in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University. My journey is fueled by a deep interest in tech, management, finance, and data, driving me to explore and innovate in these dynamic fields. Key Achievements: Institute Silver Medalist: MTech T&D, IIT Bombay\'24. NPTEL Excellence: Gold and Silver Medals for Academic Performance. Marie Tecnimont Fellowship: Awarded for postgraduate studies at IIT Bombay. My Story:From dismantling and rebuilding gadgets as a child to leading educational initiatives, my inquisitive nature has driven me to understand and innovate. Effective communication, cultivated from being a talkative kindergarten kid to a debate team member and beyond, has been key to my leadership and success.Tech and management have always been my driving forces, enabling me to grow as an engineer and explore fascinating domains like finance and data. My interest in finance has led me to delve into financial modeling, investment strategies, and data analytics, merging technical expertise with financial acumen to create impactful solutions. Building Hult Prize India:As the National Coordinator, I spearhead the Hult Prize India Team in the Central & South Asia Region, supporting student-led impact startups. I support ambitious student ventures in the sustainable space, guiding them on their journey towards securing a $1 million grant. It’s incredibly exciting to collaborate with young innovators across the country and help them turn their visionary ideas into reality. Educational Initiatives: EBuddies: An educational community I founded, dedicated to guiding juniors to ace competitive exams and enhance their tech and soft skills. By sharing knowledge and experiences, I aim to foster growth and development among aspiring professionals. Envirolution: A student initiative at IIT Bombay, supported by the TUM SEED Centre, focused on creating awareness about sustainability and entrepreneurship as career opportunities for passionate youths. One of our major projects involves converting water hyacinths from Powai Lake into biofuels, currently in the ideation stage. What I Believe In: Continuous Learning: Never settle, always grow.
