Actively participated in QC projects. spare parts management for all equipment, Preventive maintenance, planning and repairing. Ensuring 100% adherence for PM as per plan. Maintaining the equipment health by planned maintenance & predictive maintenance. Monitoring & control of repetitive breakdowns to reduce machine down time. Maintenance Work On Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) System with Safety And Reliability. Maintaining 5S at work place. Work on KAIZEN. Manpower handling, shift managing in department associate. Utility chemical handling for boiler, cooling tower,ETP and STP, R-O and UF plant. Have been exposed to processes like DWM, 7QC Tools, QIP, 5-S, Autonomous Maintenance, KAIZEN & Effecting process initiatives to enhance plant efficiency Maintaining cost effective and quality automation process. Preparation of SOP, OCP for operation of utilities. Documentation in relation with IMS (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) Initiate Preventive actions to reduce Potential Risk in working Areas related to Environment, Occupational Safety & Health. Hazard Identification and Risk assessment. Work in Commissioning of all utilities in order to run the process plant. Scrap Reduction By continuous Improvement in Process Pipe lines leakages identification and arresting. EXPERIENCE SUMMARY: • Having Experience of Green field project & Brown Field Project with Operation, Maintenance, Erection & Commissioning of Utility Equipment like. • STEAM BOILER- 1) OIL FIRED BOILER. 2) SOLID FIRED BOILER. CONDENSATE RECOVERY SYSTEM (CRS) PRESSURE REDUCING SYSTEM (PRS) AIR COMPRESSOR- VACUUM SYSTEM AIR HANDLING UNIT FOR COOLING COOLING TOWER *TYPE –MECHANICAL INDUCED DRAFT MECHANICAL FORCE DRAFT COOLIG TOWER WATER TREATMENT PLANT R-O AND U-F PLANT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) & ENFLUENT TRETMENT PLANT (ETP) PUMPS AND MOTORS Various types of pumps and motors in single stage and multistage of centrifugal pumps.
