Name of Project: Project management Consultancy services for Indore City under Namami Gange ProjectClient: Indore Municipal Corporation Under NMCGMain Project Features:– 3 STPs of capacity 120MLD, 40 MLD, 35MLD respectively and all appurtenant structures and allied works.Activities Performed:• Engage & coordinate with Indore Municipal Corporation’s (IMC’s) team of Engineers to ensure that all construction works are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the respective contracts, specifications and applicable codes & standards. • Act as focal point, on behalf of the Consultant, for all site related reporting & be responsible for compiling and submitting all progress related reports.• Provide recommendations to IMC in implementing standardized system for all site documentation across multiple contracts. Monitor and ensure that all construction & shop drawings, on-site & off-site quality/test records, progress related documents, as-built information and other project related documentation are properly managed and maintained by the respective supervisory teams.• Monitor and review with IMC’s Supervisory Team, adequacy of Contractor’s setting out survey of the works in relation to original points, lines and levels of reference specified in the Contract.
