About Shailesh Jaitly
I am having more than 28 years of experience in IT. Now managing complete IT ( All types of development whether it is related to Dotnet, Android, Iot along with Hardware procurement ) but In past years I have been involved in software development, software maintenance, software training, software integration, software implementation as well as development of websites and its maintenance. I have worked in DOS-aged clipper, Unix, Developer Oracle, SQL server, Microsoft Visual Studio 2017-Framework 4.7, ASP.NET Core I have also experience of 5 years in Oracle Apps implementation and 5-6 years of implementation in PSOFT – HRMS. I have worked as a project manager, project leader, project implementer, project co-coordinator, team leader, software developer and also included in software testing as well as IT recruitment. I am proven leader with strong functional, technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication and relationship management skills. I am self-driven with a lot of initiative, full of zeal and energy. Adapt in analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, custom design of solutions, troubleshooting for complex information systems management. Sound experience in developing and implementing IT Solutions for various domains such as Financial Accounting System, Human Resource Management system. Experience of implementing multiple applications like legal module, insurance module, property module, Control self assessment, Performance management etc. Adept in technology resource administration with distinctive abilities in managing and guiding project teams to deliver projects within pre-set budgets and schedules. An energetic, self-motivated team leader with hands on experience in training, programming skills, requirements gathering, application integration and customization.
