About Shailesh Dhume
I am working for the past 25 years in the EPC field as a Process Engineer and overall in-charge for FEED and Detailed Engineering. In the role of lead engineer, I have lead Teams of up to 11 Process engineers for big size projects. As a part of the PMC Team I have monitored all activities of the Engineering Contractors and have led Multidiscipline teams. Key Strengths include a. Licensor contracting and management b. Concept and FEED package development c. Management of Multiple contractors and interfaces d. Leading HAZOPs and other safety studies I have also been involved in various aspects of Project Management like Contract preparation, Project planning and scheduling and manpower planning and control.
