MMFSL is one of the leading financial institution in India. I am heading the CRM team of 5 staff & below are some of the KPI we handle.Technical & non-technical support across all MMFSL LOBs including Vehicle Loan, Mutual Fund, and Insurance, CD, Vehicle Leasing, SME & other in house software. We have handled the migration of all our CRM process to cloud. The process includes Program, Data migration to cloud along with all the integrations/API error free operations, testing of the cloud version, data transfer, error free SMS/mails communication, User training & their signoff before & after migration. Operations & training responsibilities - Preparation of training modules, creating user login & providing them role across all LOBs with around users pan India, Trouble shooting for all operations in CRM from Lead generation, assignment, processing till conversion, management reports, understanding the business requirements & testing of the new development in UAT, monitor system performance & data flow monitoring cross all channel on daily basis. Internal & external Communication - We handle mailing/ SMS communication across internal team as well customer to communication new offers, EMI/SIP dues, Loan/ Policy process journey, service request, Enquiry management, festival communication etc. Coordination across teams like development team, MS Admin team, ESB, Web team, APP team, sales team, Marketing team, Audit, Agency to monitor smooth functionality across all LOBs
