   As an Engineering Manager – Infra DevOpsSec, I lead a team of Cloud Infra and DevOps professionals while mentoring Cloud SecOps engineers too. Together, we support Healthcare product operating on cloud and on-premises platforms to ensure seamless performance, security, and reliability.Managing project deliverables across Modernization, Security, and FinOps pillars, utilizing ITIL JSM tool to effectively handle demands from development and operation teams.* Manage infra provisioning requests for new env setups in Azure Cloud - Established structured provisioning catalog in JSM, ensuring env requirements are captured systematically. Utilized IaC tools like Terraform to provision envs efficiently. Ensured repeatable and scalable deployments through predefined automation scripts. Thus achieving -Env setup time reduced from 4 days to 1 day, achieving a 75% efficiency via implementation of IaC tools. Automation of access requests resulted in a 90% decrease, minimizing manual interventions and accelerating approval workflows.* Manage DevOps requests for new CI CD pipeline setups - A structured provisioning catalog was established in JSM to systematically capture CI/CD requirements. Kubernetes cluster capacity assessment was performed based on workload demands, and the k8s values YAML was evaluated to determine appropriate memory/CPU request limits. DORA metrics captured to evaluate and continuously improve pipeline efficiency. Thus achieving - CI/CD setup provisioning time reduced from 2 days to 0.5 day— 75% improvement achieved using Ansible tools. Automation of access requests through a project-based setup resulted in 90% reduction in manual interventions.* Manage Cloud Security using Entra ID and Identity Governance - Applied RBAC to strictly enforce least privilege principle. Utilized system-managed identities for automated processes/inter-application service connections.Thus achieving - Enhanced Identity Governance: Streamlined regular access reviews.
