I have been working at SONIX since October 2023, and I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various IT roles across the company. I have a degree in Mathematical Biology from Telangana University, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set to understand human nature and behavior, and to apply data-driven and analytical approaches to recruitment. I have over two years of experience in IT recruitment, working with different clients and candidates in the software industry. I have successfully filled multiple positions, ranging from junior developers to senior managers, with the help of my internal and external network, my executive search skills, and my effective communication and negotiation skills. I am passionate about finding the best fit for both the company and the candidate, and I strive to create a positive and memorable experience for everyone involved in the hiring process.
