   Interface Manager Delhi Metro Phase-4 (Half-Height & Full-Height Platform Screen Doors) – Lines 7, 8, and 10 Key Responsibilities:1.Coordinate and interface with E&M, Civil, Signalling, and other contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution. 2.Manage and supervise manpower, ensuring efficient resource allocation and productivity. 3.Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operational performance and maintenance activities. DLP Manager Key Responsibilities:1. Installation and commissioning of Half-Height Platform Screen Doors at MMRDA stations. Develop and manage the Master Schedule, ensuring that all activities are executed on time, meet productivity requirements, and comply with quality standards. Supervise site installation work while providing support to the installation team, addressing queries, and prioritizing tasks. Assess material requirements and manage requisitions for necessary materials. Ensure the availability of materials and tools on-site for seamless execution of work. Ensure compliance with EHS regulations by the installation team during all activities. Verify the availability and completeness of design documents before executing tasks. Conduct System Integration Testing in coordination with the Signaling Department. Facilitate a smooth and snag-free handover process to the customer. Verify contractor bills to ensure accuracy and compliance. Successfully completed the CMRS (Commissioner for Metro Rail Safety) inspection. Manage electrical maintenance operations, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Prepare monthly failure reports and lead technical discussions with clients on failures, anomalies, and deficiencies. Oversee RAMS management, including MTBF and MTTR calculations.
