A qualified Chartered Secretary (India) and Corporate Lawyer currently working with a Fortune 500 MNC, having expertise in Corporate Secretarial, Risk Governance & Compliance, Legal & Corporate Advisory, Foreign Exchange & Management Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contract Management including negotiations, drafting and redlining of numerous Agreements.Currently associated with Ameriprise Financial Inc. as a dedicated independent resource for matters related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Secretaries office, and Risk Management. Previously have been associated with Securitas India, which is a subsidiary of Securitas AB (Sweden), which happens to be the market leader in providing security solutions to most of the industrial class in India and other countries as well. In this, I have been independently handling and leading Contract Management for two major business verticals as well as Corporate Secretarial functions along with labour matters, insolvency proceedings and monitoring litigation as well.Shailendra is an Indian qualified lawyer holding a membership from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce(B.Com) and Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LL.B.) as well.He is also pursuing a PhD in Law from MDU Rohtak currently owing to his strong inclination towards a field as diverse as Law.
