About Shailendra Pathak
I’ve an experience of about 16 years in the field of Retail, Client Servicing and Project Management. I have been lucky to have worked with some of the best Global brands. My prime responsibility during these many years has been to coordinate with parent company for the roll out of stores for these Brands across the country. This includes planning, budgeting, and tracking the store construction progress using tools and templates to ensure that the stores are delivered on time and every time. This requires strong follow up with the external and internal cross functional teams. The job also requires me to evaluate the proposed expansion of the brands, its geographical location & explore the feasibility to tender retail solutions to the organization. I need to ensure the association should be mutually beneficial.
