Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Job Roles & Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Execution – Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies, policies, and goals.2. Team Leadership – Supervise department heads or managers, guide teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.3. Operational Oversight – Monitor day-to-day operations, optimize workflows, and ensure efficiency across departments.4. Budgeting & Financial Control – Assist in preparing budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability.5. Performance Monitoring – Track key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct performance reviews, and recommend improvements.6. Stakeholder Coordination – Act as a link between senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.7. Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.8. Problem Solving & Decision Making – Address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, and take corrective actions.9. Reporting & Communication – Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the General Manager and Board of Directors.
