Hello! My name is Shailee Pusuloori; I’m a current senior majoring in Health Administration and minoring in Psychology at Rutgers University - New Brunswick. As a future administrator in the healthcare industry, my goal is to implement positive change in the communities I serve. Through my acquired education and diversified experiences in various healthcare settings, I aspire to implement dynamic strategies in order to increase healthcare accessibility and education to lower socioeconomic communities. With almost 8+ years of volunteer service and volunteer-based project management experience I actively support my communities through Sewa International, a global humanitarian-based non-profit organization. The skills and knowledge I’ve gained through my interactions with community members, combined with my educational background, have allowed me to be a well-rounded individual in my current job as a pediatric care technician in the NICU at Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital. My experiences, both in project management and direct patient care, have allowed me to hone my skill set when it comes to communication, leadership, organization, time management, analytical thinking, and comfortability interacting with clients. In addition to proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, I hold several active medical certifications such as basic life support (BLS), phlebotomy, and clinical care technician, and EKG technician within the Robert Wood Johnson hospital system.I’m actively looking for future employment opportunities that are mutually beneficial and always seeking to expand my network.
