Responsible for the monitoring & support of the firm\'s Voice and Video Collaboration technologies • Provide Cisco Unified Communications administration for current and legacy releases of Cisco Call Manager, IM Presence, Unity Voicemail, Cisco Emergency Responder and Contact Center Enterprise • Maintain and support global Verint Voice Recording, Work Force Management and Quality Assurance • Provision IPC Unigy Trading Systems and provide Tier 1/2 support to Traders in AMRS and EMEA • Provide support for Cisco Jabber, ARC Switchboard, PhonEX Reporting System and ISDN Gateways • Configured and tested Cisco Network equipments and Voice services • Maintain and supporting Video Technologies including WebEx, Cisco Meeting Server and Cisco Meeting Manager • Migrated users from CIPC to Cisco Jabber on Android, iPhone, Softphone and Tablet platforms • Coordinating with Multimedia team to monitor all CORE Infrastructure during large internal conferences • Troubleshoot all voice, video and conferencing related issues in a timely manner • Monitoring Circuits and working with Telecom vendors to address connection issues with PRI, SIP and POTS line • Coordinating with project management pertaining to project related tasks • Functional and Cross functional support for Windows Server Patching, Network and Storage changes
