   Responsible for onboarding new joiners by coordinating with various departments and carrying out smooth engaging Onboarding experience. Maintain and regularly update master database of each employee like in Inward Sheet, HRMS, Shared Folder. Sharing Employee Details with Medical Insurance SPOC for addition and deletion of employee, and with BankSPOC for Account Opening. Working with the internal payroll team, process monthly payroll from data creation to bank uploading, acting as the single point of contact to all employees HR throughout the entire payroll process. Manage regular preparation of relevant MIS reports, including weekly, monthly and year-end reports (New Joiner, Exit Employee, Stop Payments, One Time Payments, Deductions, Statutory Reports, etc.) Managing HRMS Portal. Query Management in HRMS, resolving the General HR tickets raised by employee within 48 hours of SLA.(Internal / External Employees queries regards to on-boarding, leave, payroll, F&F settlements, performance appraisals etc.). Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit/terminates employees, coordinating for clearance with department also sharing the Exit Emails. Conducting employee engagements activities such as Fun Friday, HR Connect, One-on-Ones, Team meetings, social meetings, annual day celebration and various employee engagement and fun activities (indoor & outdoor). F&F Settlements of Exit employees, complete the same within 5 working days from the date of Exit, preparation and sharing of experience & relieving letters, PRAL and F&F with employees. Handling of end to end payroll process, and share the final Pay register with finance team and close the Payroll
