Owned and developed the Account Data Strategy across CIB Digital & Platform Services including the Data Management of Client Account Services leading to an increase of overall Data Quality health across Securities Services and Markets Lines of Business for a set of Critical Data Elements- Implemented Global Metrics Program to optimise productivity, drive intelligent business transformation and centralise actionable insights which led to an increase in overall KPIs and achieving division set OKRs- Implemented end to end solutions utilising UiPath leading to a reduction in FTE resourcing and increased STP across Billing Operations- Documented firmwide Data Dictionaries via Collibra Data Catalogue tool providing transparency of LOB attributes, metadata and lineage across CIB- Developed self-service analytical tools to ensure data quality issues are remediated, reported on and governed to resolution utilising Collibra DQ predictive capabilities, automated Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows- Engaged with Middle Office, Operations, Product and Technology stakeholders to implement identified process controls, document data transformations, map process current states and propose efficient target state operating models.
