As the Head of Facility and Real Estate at Worldline India Pvt Ltd, I manage facilities operations across India and the APAC region. My role encompasses administrative, project, and maintenance matters, strategy & resource planning, and real estate project management.I am the primary contact for company lease accommodation for India and APAC, responsible for new facility selection, business case preparation, and closure with Local and Global management. I oversee daily operations, travel, projects & infrastructure, electrical maintenance, HVAC, canteen management, housekeeping, event management, safety & security.My responsibilities extend to Guest House Management, Company Leased Accommodation, Procurement, Town hall arrangement, Hotel Accommodation, Liaison, Lease renewal and negotiation, Offices Selection in consultation with JLL, CBRE, CNW, Colliers etc.I excel in budgeting, CAPEX & OPEX control & optimization, internal/external audits & compliance, vendor identification, inventory & logistics management, and office coordination. I handle maintenance activities and travel and fleet management.I initiated and executed a Six Sigma project for office and power savings across all India operations. I am also responsible for MIS reporting and generating reports for AMC, other contracts, admin initiatives & projects.At Worldline India, I executed major new facilities during Covid 19, led IT/ITES certification leading to major power savings, and helped India Facilities rank among the top facilities among 135 Sites globally for three consecutive years.I am committed to contributing to organizational growth and making a positive impact in Facilities Management & Real Estate.
