I am a Accessibility Tester with strong experience of 5Yrs working across the entire accessibility lifecycle, including requirement analysis, UX and design review, development collaboration, manual and automated testing, remediation guidance & accessibility enablement across teams. My expertise includes working with WCAG 2.2, Section 508, EN 301 549 & WAI-ARIA, ensuring products are not just compliant, but meaningfully usable for diverse assistive technology users. As a 100% screen reader user, I bring a uniquely authentic real-world perspective to a11y validation, usability understanding, and inclusive decision-making.My technical capabilities include working with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver on both macOS and iOS, performing keyboard-only testing, validating ARIA patterns and semantic structures, and supporting developers in improving accessibility for dynamic UI components using JS & ARIA best practices. I also work confidently with a11y tools and automation platforms including Axe DevTools, Axe-core, ANDI, WAVE, and Lighthouse, alongside product engineering collaboration environments such as Git, GitHub, Jira & Confluence.A key part of my work involves leveraging Al for accessibility scaling and automation. I have developed an Al-powered a11y framework supported by role-specific agent workflows, enabling testers, developers, designers, requirement analysts, and content authors to generate accurate accessibility requirements, acceptance criteria, remediation guidance, WCAG mapping, component patterns, test cases, and accessible code improvements using natural language prompts. This system helps reduce rework, accelerate delivery, and integrate accessibility into practice rather than treating it as an isolated final stage. Beyond implementation, I believe accessibility is fundamentally a culture and mindset, not only a checklist. To support this belief, I have led and facilitated multiple training sessions, awareness programs, and hands-on a11y workshops for diverse teams, helping build confidence, clarity, and ownership across roles. I communicate with a calm, structured & solution-focused approach, ensuring collaboration remains respectful & productive throughout the accessibility journey.
