About Nihal
I am an Engineering Graduate with hands-on experience in Desktop/Technical Support and Networking. I hold a CCNA certification and have strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs, NAT, VPN, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure. Currently working as a Desktop/Service Support Admin, where I handle OS installations, hardware & network troubleshooting, and technical documentation. In my previous role at a startup, I also gained valuable exposure to EV batteries, BMS troubleshooting, CAN tools, and IoT integrations, which strengthened my adaptability and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about building a career in IT/Networking, and continuously enhance my skills with practical labs, projects, and certifications.
