Good knowledge in raw material and Packing material receipts and issues & Domestic and Export dispatch. Ensuring of RM/PM Dispensing & Issuance as per FIFO & FEFO. Monitoring on-Line documentation in all Warehouse area\'s. Maintaining of Good Housekeeping in line with cGMP. Ensuring the Rejected material documents and return to vendors intime. Handling of internal and external and stock Audits. Ensureing of Job work materials receipt and accountability. Providing training to the personnel on warehouse activities. Monitoring of all QMS activities (Change controls, Deviations and CAPA reports). Daily coordination with Purchase, Production, QA & QC department as per production planning requirements of warehouse. Monitoring of all related warehouse documents (Weighing Balance register, Humidity and Temperature Logs, Differential Pressure gauge monitoring Logs, Re-Test date Records, Inventory Cards) Handling of Facility modification and New Equipment requirement.(URS to PQ) Faced Regulatory audits USFDA/PMDA//WHO (GMP)/EDQM and product / facility / Safety audits as a Department Head. Coordinating with sales team and preparing of documents as per requirements. Interacting with Govt officials for obtaining various licenses Ethanol, Methanol related activities. Ensuring proper documentation for packages that are sent to overseas clients. Taking care of Export dispatches. Coordinating with logistics team for smooth delivery of goods in time.
