As a passionate and detail-oriented Network Engineer, I bring hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures, including fiber-optic networks, DWDM, and GPON systems. Currently, I serve as a NOC Engineer at Dobson Fiber, where I ensure seamless 24/7 network operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and respond swiftly to outages and incidents. My background includes roles in IT helpdesk support and system administration, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both backend infrastructure and user support. With a Master’s degree in Computing (Computer Networks specialization) from Wichita State University and industry certifications including CCNA and Arista Cloud Engineer (Levels 1–3), I’m well-versed in protocols like OSPF, BGP, VLAN, and technologies such as Wireshark, VPNs, and multi-vendor platforms like Juniper, Cisco, and Ciena. I thrive in dynamic environments where problem-solving, continuous learning, and operational excellence are key. I\'m always open to networking with like-minded professionals and exploring opportunities that push the boundaries of what’s possible in network engineering and IT infrastructure.
