As a Stress Engineer in the aerospace industry, I have gained hands-on experience in evaluating structural integrity through Allowable Damage Limit (ADL) analysis from a static perspective. This role deepened my understanding of applied loads, allowable load calculations, and the critical importance of margin of safety in aircraft structures. I have performed detailed hand calculations using Excel-based tools to support structural assessments and validate results. Through this work, I developed strong insights into how various structural components respond under different loading conditions across the airframe.
