ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Projects - Initiate Based on companies current empty lands avilability, make plans for proper good ROI Developments. Prepare the budgets and process flow, present to board, get approvals to start. 2.Appointment of Consultants Selection of consultants - Architects / Structural Engineers / MEP / QS Preparition of contracts and get them signed 3.Finalising The Drawings Based on board requirements, get the drawings done from consultants Make necessery changes as per end user requiremnts and get the final approved plans/drawings 4.Dealing with Government Authorities Submit the drawings for approvals from all government authorities Incorporate necessery chnages (if needed) as per authorities suggestions through Consultants Get final go ahead approvals to start work 5.Owners Reprasentative Act as owners reprasentaive in all meetings with consultants, govt authorities, and contractors. 6.Appointment of Contractors Work along with consultants for quotaion exercise, tender exercise, and final selction of all contractors (Civil / MEP / Carpentry…. And all) at best cost. 7.Execution Act as key point of contact to co-ordinate all the contractors & consultants to get the right output as per Plans approved; at minimum cost. Check / Monitor that the construction is going as per approved plans and liase with contractors in case of any deviations Decision making and plan of action to propose in case of any issues / problems during execution. 8.Sourcing / Procuring Co-ordinate with our Central Purchasing team in sourcing right product at right price
