SMR Vinay Metro Mall : The Commercial Project is located near Miyapur crossroads with\\\\nEntertainment, Food Courts, Theaters and lavish anchor stores.\\\\nPeriod : October,2018 to Present\\\\nDesignation : Civil Site Engineer\\\\n\\\\nKey Tasks of the Job Include:\\\\nPlanning and Execution of works as per design & drawing (Both Mivan formwork Shuttering and\\\\nConventional Concrete shuttering).\\\\nHandled finishing works in the assigned projects.\\\\nTo coordinate program activities designed to manage high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall\\\\nfinishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from conceptual stage through\\\\nlife cycle of project.\\\\nTo develop and implement program activities, coordinating efforts of contractors, subcontractors and\\\\nconsultants and resolves problems in area of finishing to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.\\\\nTo carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.\\\\nTo coordinate with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of construction work.\\\\nPreparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) & \\\\nevaluating as per the planned schedules. Preparation of BOQ’s and sub-contractor bills.\\\\nSupervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.\\\\nExecute steel as per approved structural design.\\\\nStudy of the related documents such as Blue print drawings, Electrical drawings, Plumbing plans, area\\\\nrestricted safety measures, government rules and regulations, Labor contracts and team availability.\\\\nChecking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
