Managed Services: Responsible for Internal mutiple software products (Miro, Mural, DataSnipper, Litera Compare etc,). Manged services include monthly ELPs, daily License assignments, reharvestment, publishing the numbers on Power BI dashboards for stakeholders (Product Managers). Extracting the raw data (Configuration Item/Machine detail) from the SCCM and Flexera Analysing the raw data against Global HR data to identify the exited users for re-harvestment Preparing the ELPs based on Region, Service line and Country wise Re-harvestment on Sailpoint and on Customer portals Publishing the ELPs and the cost optimization numbers on PowerBi dashboard. Managing day-to-day License Assignment and License Transfer activities Managing License Management Mailbox for my products Managing ServiceNow Tickets for my products• Commercial Reviews: Responsible for Reviewing and analysing enterprise contracts and agreements to determine if the software product can be taken as a managed service under SAM team.
