I am an LL.M. candidate pursuing my specialisation in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws through a unique program jointly offered by NALSAR University of Law and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). I am deeply invested in understanding the complexities of dispute resolution, financial distress, corporate restructuring, and insolvency proceedings.With practical exposure gained through internships across diverse legal organisations, I’ve built a solid foundation in corporate and insolvency law. These experiences have sharpened my analytical skills and given me insight into the real-world application of legal frameworks such as the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), corporate debt resolution, and distressed asset management.I am actively seeking opportunities—whether internships, research roles, or collaborations that allow me to deepen my understanding of insolvency and restructuring law, contribute meaningfully to the field, and continue challenging my perspectives.Let’s connect!
