Currently leading the setup and growth of Propel’s India engineering team, with a focus on building strong product engineering capabilities, scaling teams, and contributing to the evolution of a global enterprise SaaS platform. My experience spans driving large-scale product development, modernizing legacy systems, and building high-performing distributed teams. I enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, product, and delivery—bringing clarity to complex problems and enabling teams to execute with ownership. I also bring an entrepreneurial perspective as a co-founder of ParentEye. This school–parent engagement platform scaled to over 1 million users and was recognised as one of the top educational apps in India. This experience shaped my approach to building products with a strong user focus and scalable architecture.
