About Shai Joshi

Shai Joshi is an experienced General Manager / Managing Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, business process outsourcing and services industry on a global basis. He has a proven experience of running all aspects of multi-billion dollar businesses within IBM Consulting and IBM Global Technology Services. Currently, Shai is responsible for Quality, Solutions and our Cybersecurity growth platform for IBM Consulting. Prior to this role, Shai led Hybrid Cloud Services globally, which comprises our cloud and non cloud application advisory, application migration, application development and application management services from sales through to delivery in excess of people.Prior to this role, Shai lead the North America Cloud Application Innovation area which consists of Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday), Custom Applications Development and Application Maintenance Services, and our Cloud Application Managed Services (Cloud Advisory Services, Migration Services, Application Modernization and Development). Prior to this role, Shai was the GM of North America Business Process Outsourcing business across CRM, F&A, HR, Procurement and Industry Solutions (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Mortgage, etc). These roles included Strategy, Offerings, Sales, Delivery, Talent and P&L management. Shai has led global teams as large as employees. Shai has been a member of IBM\'s world wide senior leadership team.
