Fleet Deployment Specialist | TransdevFleet Deployment Specialist at Transdev, supporting the rollout and operational readiness of autonomous vehicle fleets in live environments. I work closely with technology and operations teams to make sure vehicles meet safety, performance, and deployment requirements before and during service.A big part of my role is hands-on technical troubleshooting and diagnostics. I identify vehicle faults, sensor or system anomalies, and software or hardware issues that block deployment, using fleet monitoring tools and operational data. I assess vehicle health, isolate root causes, and resolve issues directly where possible, escalating only when needed, while keeping safety and service continuity front and centre.I also support fleet logistics and work closely with cross-functional teams to help scale AV operations smoothly. The role is fast-paced and detail-driven, with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and operational discipline. Clear communication and calm decision-making under pressure are a big part of the job.I’m genuinely interested in autonomous systems, mobility, and large-scale AV operations. I value clear technical processes, continuous improvement, and staying effective in high-accountability environments.
