   Leading a group of about 150 software Architects, Engineers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Test Architects to lead one of the largest programs in AT & T technology for transforming and modernizing more than applications across AT & T towers and LOB\'s. Design and plan a technical solution for moving each platform, system, and application to the Public Cloud (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP). The solutions can include all the way from complete/partial rewrite or lift and shift and shifting to newer/modernize subsystems (e.g. Oracle to Postgres, ColdFusion to lucee, etc etc). Manage the Financial side and the budget for the entire group, communicate to the C level senior management on progress and obstacle of our projects, build internal and procedures to control changes and other techncal governance, etc
