With a passion for web development and technical recruiting, I have been working as an IT Recruiter at INA Solution since May 2023, where I source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various IT positions. I have successfully filled multiple roles in Java, PHP, DOTNET, and MySQL, using various sourcing strategies, such as referrals, job boards, social media, and networking events.Prior to joining INA Solution, I completed my Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from DSPMU in 2020, where I further developed my skills in web development and programming. I also hold a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Gossner College in 2017, where I honed my understanding of database management, programming languages, and software development. I have also obtained several certifications to enhance my skills, such as Developer Virtual Experience Program from Accenture, Cloud Computing Basic from QwikSkills, and LearnTube from CareerNinja.I am proficient in Java, PHP, DOTNET, MySQL, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, and JavaScript, and I have also taken on personal projects to demonstrate my skills and knowledge, such as developing a Crime Investigation System, an Order Management System, and an Inventory Management System, using various web technologies. I am a quick learner, flexible, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment, and I am eager to work in a challenging, innovative, and creative environment, where I can contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
