I assist across a variety of classroom and examination environments in both primary and secondary schools. In my current role, I supervise lessons in the absence of teachers, ensuring a calm, focused, and productive atmosphere. I provide academic and emotional support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and English as an additional language (EAL), helping them stay engaged and confident in their learning. I also play an active part in reinforcing school behaviour policies and encouraging positive student participation. In exam settings, I carry out responsibilities as an invigilator, following JCQ guidelines to uphold the integrity of the examination process. Working closely with teaching staff and support teams, I help ensure the smooth running of daily school operations. This experience has strengthened my adaptability, communication, and understanding of the UK education system.
